     Watermelon is considered a water-rich, nutrient-dense food, it is also rich in an amino acid called citrulline that helps move blood, through your body and can  also lower your blood pressure. Watermelon is particularly noted for its beta-carotene content, which is a form of vitamin A. Like other types of fruit, watermelon is a good source of vitamin C.

        Watermelon can be taken at anytime of the day, but I recommend it should be taking mostly at night, Why, is because of it's high water content, that help's in body relaxation.
